About This Role
Join a hyper-growth security team at the forefront of safeguarding blockchain and distributed ledger infrastructure. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape incident response strategy, build automation that scales with our crypto ecosystem, and mentor a global team tackling some of the most sophisticated threats in digital asset security today.
What You'll Be Doing
Serve as the escalation lead for critical security incidents, driving deep-dive DFIR investigations and uncovering attacker tactics across our decentralized infrastructure
Own SecOps initiatives end-to-end, from concept through deployment and long-term maintenance
Mentor and guide a team of security operations specialists in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment
Architect automated response workflows by leveraging telemetry data and agentic security systems
Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to coordinate containment, investigation, and remediation efforts
Conduct hands-on forensics, cloud investigations, and root-cause analysis, then translate findings into actionable reports for leadership
What We're Looking For
5+ years in Incident Response or a Cyber Security Operations Center, managing security events from detection to resolution
Demonstrated experience running incident lifecycles within a 24/7 global production environment supporting crypto or fintech infrastructure
Strong track record building runbooks and collaborating across teams to drive remediation
Solid coding and scripting ability (Python, Bash) with experience automating security processes in production
Deep knowledge of attack vectors and mitigation strategies across Cloud and SaaS environments
Proficiency securing at least two operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix, macOS a plus), with forensic artifact analysis experience
Bonus Points
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Practical understanding of LLM architectures and their application within security automation
Exposure to smart contracts, DeFi protocols, or Web3 infrastructure security
