We're a premier digital asset infrastructure provider trusted by banks, fintechs, and Web3 innovators like BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, and Revolut. Our Security & Information team is hunting for a hands-on security leader who thrives on complexity—someone ready to defend institutional-grade crypto infrastructure while mentoring the next generation of SecOps talent in a hyper-growth environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Serve as the senior escalation point for critical security incidents, leading deep forensic investigations across cloud and distributed systems
Hunt proactively for emerging threats targeting blockchain infrastructure, analyzing attacker techniques and vectors before they escalate
Own SecOps initiatives end-to-end, from concept through implementation and long-term maintenance
Mentor and technically guide a team of security operations experts navigating fast-paced, high-stakes environments
Build and refine automated response workflows, leveraging security telemetry and agentic systems to accelerate triage
Coordinate incident containment and remediation across cross-functional stakeholders and business units
Produce executive-level incident reports identifying gaps and driving continuous security improvement
What We're Looking For
5+ years in Incident Response or a 24/7 Security Operations Center, managing the full incident lifecycle in production environments
Demonstrated experience building runbooks for recurring and critical incident types
Strong coding fundamentals with hands-on scripting (Python, Bash) to build automation and production-grade tooling
Deep knowledge of attack and mitigation strategies within cloud and SaaS ecosystems
Solid forensic expertise across at least two operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix; macOS a plus)
A sharp problem-solver with a growth mindset and excellent cross-team communication skills
Bonus Points
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
Practical experience applying LLM concepts and architectures to security operations
Familiarity with smart contracts, decentralized infrastructure, or crypto-native attack surfaces
