What You'll Be Doing
Design and build scalable, low-latency Go services that support blockchain data access across multiple networks
Architect distributed systems capable of handling massive throughput for DeFi protocols, NFT platforms, and web3 applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship features that improve node reliability and smart contract interaction performance
Optimize infrastructure for high availability, ensuring seamless uptime for mission-critical blockchain operations
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices across the organization
Troubleshoot complex production issues in distributed, high-traffic environments
What We're Looking For
5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with deep expertise in Go
Proven track record building and scaling distributed systems or cloud infrastructure
Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, networking protocols, and API design
Experience working with high-throughput, low-latency production systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving crypto landscape
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset
Bonus Points
Direct experience working with blockchain nodes, RPC infrastructure, or smart contracts
Familiarity with DeFi protocols, Ethereum, or other major distributed ledger ecosystems
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or large-scale cloud-native architectures
Contributions to open-source web3 or infrastructure projects
