About This Role
We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer fluent in Go and Rust to architect and harden the infrastructure layer that underpins the crypto economy. This isn't a typical backend role — you'll be solving distributed systems problems at massive scale, directly impacting how thousands of builders interact with blockchain networks every day. What You'll Be Doing
Design, build, and scale high-performance blockchain infrastructure supporting multiple distributed ledger networks
Write production-grade Go and Rust code powering node orchestration, data indexing, and API delivery systems
Optimize systems for throughput, latency, and resilience across a globally distributed crypto infrastructure footprint
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, DevOps, and protocol teams to ship reliable web3 tooling
Troubleshoot complex distributed systems issues affecting node performance and network availability
Contribute to architectural decisions shaping the future of blockchain infrastructure at scale
What We're Looking For
5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with deep proficiency in Go and/or Rust
Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and high-availability architecture
Experience building and maintaining infrastructure that operates at scale under real-world production load
Familiarity with blockchain protocols, node operations, or crypto-native systems is highly valued
Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort working in a fast-moving, infrastructure-critical environment
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines
Bonus Points
Hands-on experience with smart contracts, DeFi protocols, or multi-chain node infrastructure
Contributions to open-source blockchain or distributed systems projects
Experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud-native infrastructure at scale
Familiarity with blockchain indexing, RPC APIs, or data pipeline architecture
