About This Role
Chainlink Labs is hiring a Senior Talent Partner to drive hiring across Business and Enablement functions, with a particular focus on attracting strong Sales and Marketing talent alongside critical hires in People, Finance and Legal. You will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating business priorities into hiring strategies, shaping how talent is assessed, and securing candidates who can support the company's next stage of growth.
What You'll Be Doing
Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, People, Finance and Legal to define hiring priorities, calibrate roles and meet business needs.
Own full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact roles, with emphasis on commercial talent able to build strategic relationships and drive growth.
Build targeted pipelines of strong candidates through proactive sourcing, market mapping, referrals and long-term relationship building.
Develop structured assessment approaches that distinguish strong track records from strong interview performance, helping leaders evaluate commercial results, functional expertise and potential.
Bring market insight into hiring decisions, advising stakeholders on talent availability, compensation expectations and competitive positioning.
Lead offer and closing strategies, partnering with leadership and Total Rewards to secure senior and highly sought-after candidates.
Continuously improve recruiting quality and efficiency through data, thoughtful process design, and effective use of AI and automation.
Develop compelling candidate narratives that connect Chainlink's mission and opportunity to the motivations of talent coming from traditional finance, technology and Web3.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience hiring high-performing Sales and Marketing talent in competitive environments, alongside experience supporting broader business functions such as People, Finance or Legal.
Strong understanding of commercial roles and how to assess candidates' individual contributions, business impact and track records.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence and judgment to advise senior leaders, challenge assumptions and influence hiring decisions.
Demonstrated ability to own searches end-to-end, from proactive sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation and closing.
A data-driven approach to improving hiring quality, efficiency and candidate experience.
Comfort operating with autonomy amid ambiguity, shifting priorities and a high hiring bar.
Interest in or exposure to Web3, digital assets or financial infrastructure.
Bonus Points
Experience recruiting within banking, capital markets or financial technology, particularly for roles serving institutional clients.
Salary Range
USD 101,000 - 238,000 per year
