    "About The Role"

    About This Role

This isn't just another engineering gig — it's an opportunity to work at the intersection of cryptography, distributed ledger technology, and financial innovation. You'll be hands-on with smart contract development, turning complex business logic into secure, auditable code that lives on-chain. If you thrive on solving hard technical problems in a fast-evolving web3 landscape, this role is built for you.

    What You'll Be Doing

Architect, build, and rigorously test smart contracts that power decentralized applications and DeFi protocols

Prototype and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies to keep our stack ahead of the curve

Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and end users to translate requirements into precise technical specs

Harden contract logic against vulnerabilities by designing for both expected and adversarial execution paths

Apply Principle of Least Privilege and other security-first practices throughout the development lifecycle

Continuously optimize deployed contracts for gas efficiency, performance, and maintainability

    What We're Looking For

Proven experience designing and deploying smart contracts in production blockchain environments

Strong grasp of Solidity (or equivalent) and the EVM, plus familiarity with broader distributed ledger architectures

Security-minded engineering approach, with experience identifying and mitigating common smart contract exploits

Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into clean, testable technical specifications

Comfortable working cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders including analysts and project leads

Solid understanding of software testing methodologies applied to decentralized systems

    Bonus Points

Experience contributing to live DeFi protocols or audited crypto projects

Familiarity with Layer 2 scaling solutions, oracles, or cross-chain interoperability tools

Exposure to formal verification or smart contract auditing frameworks

Active involvement in open-source web3 communities

    Why Join Us

Competitive contract compensation reflecting your blockchain expertise

Flexible, output-driven work environment that respects your time and autonomy

Direct impact on cutting-edge decentralized finance infrastructure used by real users

Opportunity to deepen your expertise alongside a team passionate about crypto innovation and secure distributed systems

    Salary Range

    $135,000 - $225,000
