About This Role
We're a profitable, self-funded team building premier staking infrastructure for the decentralized ecosystem—no outside capital, no noise, just shipping. You'll architect smart contracts that manage enormous total value locked (TVL) and contribute directly to an AMM poised to reshape how liquid staking wrappers function across DeFi. This is a rare chance to own critical infrastructure at scale.
What You'll Be Doing
Design, write, and audit smart contracts securing billions in TVL across multiple blockchain networks
Build and optimize an AMM protocol that redefines liquidity for staked and wrapped crypto assets
Expand staking infrastructure to new chains, ensuring seamless interoperability across distributed ledgers
Collaborate cross-functionally with protocol engineers, auditors, and product leads to ship robust DeFi primitives
Identify and remediate vulnerabilities before they become exploits, protecting user funds at scale
Drive technical decisions from concept through mainnet launch, taking full ownership of deliverables
What We're Looking For
Proven experience writing and deploying production-grade smart contracts (Solidity or equivalent)
Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized protocol design
Track record of shipping complex projects end-to-end, not just prototyping
Strong grasp of DeFi primitives—staking, liquidity pools, AMMs, and liquid wrapper mechanics
Security-first mindset with experience in contract auditing or vulnerability assessment
Self-starter energy—comfortable operating with autonomy in a lean, fast-moving team
Bonus Points
Experience deploying infrastructure across multiple EVM and non-EVM chains
Contributions to open-source web3 projects or published smart contract audits
Familiarity with liquid staking protocols and cross-chain bridging mechanisms
Background in formal verification or advanced testing frameworks for distributed systems
