About This Role
Join the FinApps Access team, where blockchain protocol engineering meets enterprise-grade reliability. You'll architect the systems that route, secure, and optimize on-chain transactions across dozens of networks — building the connective tissue between traditional finance and decentralized infrastructure. What You'll Be Doing
Architect scalable backend services that handle high-throughput transaction flows across both EVM and non-EVM blockchain networks
Own the full lifecycle of backend components and APIs, from initial design through production launch
Build and maintain integrations with DeFi protocols, on-chain data providers, and blockchain nodes spanning diverse ecosystems
Evaluate emerging distributed ledger technologies and protocol standards to keep our platform ahead of the curve
Tune production systems for speed, resilience, and airtight security while reducing latency at scale
Partner with product, protocol research, and platform teams to ship impactful features with full ownership
What We're Looking For
7+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience, with a B.Sc. or equivalent background
Hands-on blockchain and web3 expertise — you understand transaction lifecycles, consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, and on-chain data deeply
Multi-chain experience across EVM-compatible networks (Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base) and non-EVM chains like Solana, TON, or Tron
Strong command of Node.js and TypeScript in production environments
Proven track record building and operating microservices within CI/CD pipelines
Solid grasp of cryptography and security best practices applied to distributed systems
Bonus Points
Direct exposure to DeFi protocols — AMMs, lending markets, bridges, or on-chain routing infrastructure
Fluency with web3 libraries such as ethers.js, viem, web3.js, or Solana web3.js
Full-stack capabilities including React and frontend development
