Sr People/HR Business Partner
About This Role
As a Sr People/HR Business Partner, you'll be the bridge between our business leaders and the People Team, ensuring we deliver outstanding employee experiences daily. You'll act as a strategic advisor, leveraging data to inform and guide critical people decisions, and passionately advocate for Paxos' core values as we continue to rebuild the financial system.
What You'll Be Doing
Build trusted partnerships with leaders, advising on organization design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
Coach and develop managers and executives, providing candid feedback to build leadership capabilities.
Lead the design and execution of company-wide people programs (e.g., performance management, career frameworks, retention) and targeted initiatives for client groups.
Utilize data and reporting to diagnose challenges, surface insights, and drive recommendations for leaders and the Board.
Partner with Centers of Excellence (Recruiting, People Ops, Legal, FP&A, IT) to align HR programs with business priorities.
Consult on sensitive issues including employee relations, investigations, restructures, and executive transitions.
Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, applying critical thinking and a bias for action to solve problems.

What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience in HR/People teams, with 5+ years directly as an HR Business Partner.
Specific experience supporting Product or Engineering organizations.
Proven experience supporting and scaling organizations through high-growth environments, ideally in technology or regulated industries.
Deep expertise in at least one HR discipline, with broad knowledge across the full employee lifecycle.
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
A track record of thriving in very fast-moving, ambiguous environments with sound judgment.
