What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in product leadership roles within capital markets, collateral management, or digital asset infrastructure
Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and tokenization mechanics
Strong grasp of regulatory and risk considerations surrounding crypto and decentralized finance adoption in traditional finance
Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical, legal, and business functions
Ability to translate emerging web3 concepts into commercially viable product strategies
