Join a growing digital assets team where you'll own the product roadmap for custody solutions that bridge institutional finance with crypto and blockchain infrastructure. You'll work alongside engineering, operations, and compliance stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable platforms for digital asset storage and management—directly influencing how a major financial institution approaches decentralized finance and smart contract-enabled custody models.
What You'll Be Doing
Define and execute product strategy for digital asset custody platforms, balancing regulatory requirements with blockchain innovation
Translate complex technical concepts around smart contracts, wallet architecture, and distributed ledger systems into clear business requirements
Partner closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver custody products within a highly regulated financial services environment
Lead end-to-end product delivery for complex initiatives spanning crypto asset safekeeping, trading infrastructure, and DeFi-adjacent capabilities
Serve as the subject matter expert on digital asset custody models, educating stakeholders across the organization
Drive documentation and communication strategies that align technical, business, and compliance teams around shared product goals
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in digital assets, trading, or financial services product management/delivery roles
Track record implementing products or platforms within regulated financial institutions
Working knowledge of blockchain technology, digital asset custody frameworks, and distributed systems
Comfort engaging directly with engineering and operations teams on technical implementation details
Exceptional communication and documentation abilities, including translating technical complexity for non-technical audiences
Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional, highly regulated environments
Bonus Points
Hands-on familiarity with smart contracts, DeFi protocols, or decentralized applications
Experience with institutional crypto custody providers or wallet infrastructure
Background in financial services compliance or regulatory product delivery
