About This Role
Join our Financial Engineering group and take ownership of systems that power real crypto trading operations at scale. You'll bring deep Go expertise and database mastery to bear on challenges unique to decentralized finance and digital asset markets. This is a senior, high-trust role where your technical decisions directly influence trading outcomes and platform reliability.
What You'll Be Doing
Design and build resilient, high-performance applications in Go that support crypto trading workflows
Architect and optimize complex SQL schemas and relational database systems for financial data integrity
Collaborate cross-functionally with trading, product, and distributed systems teams to deliver scalable solutions
Own technical issues end-to-end, from root-cause diagnosis through production deployment
Develop and maintain web-based applications integral to our blockchain-driven trading ecosystem
Apply strong analytical thinking to solve complex problems unique to DeFi and digital asset infrastructure
What We're Looking For
Proven, substantial experience as a software engineer, with deep expertise in Go development
Expert-level command of SQL and relational database design and optimization
Solid understanding of crypto trading mechanics and digital asset market structures
Strong independent judgment paired with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Hands-on experience building and maintaining web-based applications
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-responsibility engineering environment
Bonus Points
Familiarity with smart contracts and distributed ledger protocols
Experience working within blockchain or web3-native trading environments
Exposure to DeFi platforms, exchanges, or crypto-native financial products
Background in low-latency or high-throughput trading systems
