About This Role
We're expanding our engineering function with three VP-level Full Stack Engineers who bring depth across smart contract development, front-end architecture, and server-side systems. This is a hands-on, high-impact contract position for professionals who thrive at the intersection of decentralized technology and traditional enterprise software, working on production-grade Ethereum-based solutions within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Design, build, and deploy secure smart contracts on Ethereum using Solidity to power decentralized financial applications
Architect and develop responsive, scalable front-end interfaces using Angular that interact seamlessly with blockchain protocols
Build robust server-side services and APIs in Java to support distributed ledger integrations and DeFi functionality
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver end-to-end web3 solutions
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and champion best practices across smart contract and full stack development
Troubleshoot and optimize performance across the full technology stack, from blockchain layer to user interface
What We're Looking For
Proven experience writing and auditing Solidity smart contracts for Ethereum or similar blockchain networks
Strong hands-on expertise with Angular for building dynamic, enterprise-grade front-end applications
Solid background in Java development, including server-side architecture and API design
VP-level or senior engineering experience, ideally within financial services, fintech, or crypto-native organizations
Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving contract environment
Strong understanding of distributed systems, blockchain security principles, and decentralized application design
Bonus Points
Familiarity with DeFi protocols, token standards (ERC-20/ERC-721), or Layer 2 scaling solutions
Experience with testing frameworks such as Truffle, Hardhat, or Foundry
Prior exposure to regulated financial environments or IR35 contracting structures
Contributions to open-source blockchain or web3 projects
