What You'll Be Doing
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing affiliates, KOLs, and partners across Greater China to drive user acquisition for our crypto and blockchain platform
Develop and execute regional affiliate strategies tailored to local market dynamics and crypto adoption trends
Negotiate partnership terms and commission structures that align with business goals while maximizing affiliate engagement
Monitor affiliate performance metrics, optimizing campaigns to improve conversion and retention across trading, DeFi, and Web3 product lines
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, compliance, and product teams to ensure seamless partner experiences
Stay ahead of regional regulatory shifts and competitive trends shaping the decentralized exchange landscape
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnerships—ideally within crypto, fintech, or blockchain industries
Deep understanding of the Greater China market, including cultural nuances and digital marketing channels
Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize affiliate programs
Self-starter mentality suited to a fast-paced, remote-first crypto environment
Genuine passion for blockchain technology, smart contracts, and the future of decentralized finance
Bonus Points
Existing network of affiliates, influencers, or media partners within the crypto and Web3 space
Familiarity with Binance or other major cryptocurrency exchange platforms
Experience working with performance marketing tools and affiliate tracking platforms
Understanding of DeFi protocols and token-based incentive structures
