What You'll Be Doing
Own institutional business development for staking and node services
Lead the BD team through the complete sales cycle: pipeline generation, deal closing, and ongoing retained-asset management
Convert existing sales channels into institutional clients and revenue
Engage institutional clients such as exchanges, blockchain foundations, and funds who require enterprise-grade staking and node operations
What We're Looking For
Experience owning institutional business development, ideally within staking or node services
Proven ability to lead a BD team through a full sales cycle, from pipeline to close to retained assets
Understanding of enterprise-grade staking and node operations and the institutional client landscape (exchanges, blockchain foundations, funds)
Salary Range
$144,890.67 - $144,890.67
