What We're Looking For
A Seasoned Builder: 3+ years of experience in software development, with a strong preference for experience in smart contract development (Solidity, Rust, etc.) and blockchain technologies.
A Natural Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. You can articulate the "why" as well as the "how."
A Problem Solver: You have a keen eye for detail, a strong analytical mindset, and a relentless drive to help others overcome technical challenges.
A Content Creator: Experience in creating technical documentation, tutorials, blog posts, or other educational materials.
A Community Builder: Experience engaging with developer communities, online forums, or open-source projects.
Passionate about Web3: A genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for decentralized technologies, blockchain, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
Self-Directed and Proactive: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Bonus Points:
Prior experience with Chainlink or other oracle networks.
Experience with developer tools and SDKs.
Public speaking experience at tech conferences or meetups.
A strong portfolio of open-source contributions or personal projects.
