What You'll Be Doing
Design, test, and refine algorithmic trading strategies across multiple blockchain-based markets and crypto exchanges
Analyze vast datasets to identify profitable opportunities within volatile digital asset and DeFi markets
Collaborate with quants, engineers, and researchers to build smart contract-integrated trading infrastructure
Monitor live trading systems, ensuring optimal performance across decentralized and centralized trading venues
Contribute insights that support Wintermute Ventures' early-stage DeFi investment decisions
Stay ahead of emerging trends in web3, blockchain protocols, and crypto market microstructure
What We're Looking For
A degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering
Strong programming skills (Python, C++, or similar) with an analytical, problem-solving mindset
Genuine passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and decentralized financial systems
Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-stakes, fast-moving trading environment
