Product Director, Financial Markets & Financial Platform (Relocation to San Francisco or Singapore)

What You'll Be Doing
Define and own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan for financial markets and platform products, including FX, stablecoin infrastructure, and liquidity systems
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Product Managers driving innovation across decentralized and traditional payment rails
Partner with engineering and design to architect scalable, secure solutions spanning ledger systems, wallet experiences, and smart contract-adjacent settlement flows
Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, legal, and compliance teams to navigate regulatory complexity while delivering frictionless user experiences
Act as the internal subject matter expert on money movement, FX, and digital asset infrastructure
Balance long-term platform vision with near-term execution in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
What We're Looking For
Proven experience leading product strategy for financial infrastructure, payments, or crypto/DeFi platforms
Deep understanding of FX, liquidity management, ledger systems, or stablecoin/distributed ledger technology
Track record managing and developing high-performing product teams
Strong ability to translate regulatory and technical complexity into simple, scalable product solutions
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, legal, and commercial teams
Comfort operating in ambiguity within a fast-moving, founder-driven culture
Bonus Points
Direct experience with blockchain, smart contracts, or stablecoin product development
Background in Web3 financial products or decentralized settlement systems
Familiarity with global payment licensing and cross-border regulatory frameworks
