Product Director, Financial Markets & Financial Platform
About This Role
This is a high-impact leadership position with full ownership over the product vision for our FX, Liquidity, and Stablecoin platforms, alongside our ledger, wallet, and reconciliation systems. You'll sit at the intersection of distributed financial infrastructure and real-world commerce, driving innovation in how businesses move, store, and settle value globally—including emerging rails like blockchain-based settlement and crypto liquidity.
What You'll Be Doing
Define and own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for financial markets and financial platform products, including stablecoin and distributed ledger initiatives
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing Product Managers across FX, liquidity, and platform infrastructure
Partner with engineering and design to ship scalable, secure features across web and mobile—balancing speed with the rigor required in regulated, high-stakes financial systems
Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, legal, finance, and partnerships teams to navigate regulatory complexity while delivering intuitive, frictionless user experiences
Act as the internal subject matter expert on money movement, FX, and crypto-adjacent settlement rails, informing smart contract integrations and decentralized finance (DeFi) opportunities where relevant
Balance long-term platform vision with near-term commercial growth in a fast-moving, data-driven environment
What We're Looking For
8+ years of product management experience, with significant exposure to financial markets, payments, or treasury infrastructure
Proven experience leading and scaling product teams in a high-growth environment
Strong technical fluency across distributed systems, APIs, and platform architecture; blockchain or crypto product experience is highly relevant
Deep understanding of FX, liquidity management, ledgers, and financial reconciliation
Excellent stakeholder management skills across engineering, legal, and commercial functions
First-principles thinker who thrives on ambiguity and complex regulatory landscapes
Bonus Points
Direct experience building stablecoin, DeFi, or smart contract-based financial products
Familiarity with Web3 wallets, digital asset custody, or decentralized exchange mechanics
Background working within multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks for crypto or traditional finance
