Product Director, Financial Markets & Financial Platform
About This Role
This is a rare opportunity to lead product strategy at the intersection of traditional finance and emerging decentralized technologies. You'll own the roadmap for our Financial Markets suite (FX platform, Liquidity Platform, and Stablecoin platform) and our Financial Platform (ledger, wallet, reporting, reconciliation) — shaping how crypto-adjacent and fiat infrastructure converge to power the next generation of borderless business.
What You'll Be Doing
Define and own the end-to-end product strategy, solution design, and delivery roadmap for financial markets and platform infrastructure, including stablecoin and distributed ledger-adjacent initiatives
Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of Product Managers driving innovation across money movement, FX, and digital asset rails
Partner with engineering and design to ship scalable, resilient features spanning web and mobile, balancing speed with architectural rigor
Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, legal, finance, and partnerships teams to navigate regulatory complexity while delivering frictionless client experiences
Act as the internal subject matter expert on money movement, FX, and emerging decentralized finance mechanics
Translate market signals, partner feedback, and competitive intelligence into sharp prioritization decisions
What We're Looking For
10+ years in product management, with substantial experience in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure
Proven track record owning complex, regulated financial products at scale
Strong grasp of FX, liquidity management, ledger systems, and the evolving stablecoin/digital asset landscape
Demonstrated leadership managing and developing product teams
Exceptional stakeholder management skills across engineering, legal, and commercial functions
First-principles thinker comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving markets
Bonus Points
Direct experience with blockchain-based settlement, stablecoins, or smart contracts
Background in distributed ledger technology or crypto-native financial products
Experience navigating multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks for digital assets or DeFi
