Product Lead, Agentic Payments Platform

What You'll Be Doing
Lead the Payments Product team in architecting and scaling the core clearing and settlement engine that routes transactions across global networks and ledgers
Own the full merchant lifecycle—from frictionless onboarding to ongoing account management—eliminating unnecessary complexity at every touchpoint
Drive improvements to global payment flows through intelligent routing, fee netting, and smart batching that boost settlement speed and cash velocity
Strengthen platform reliability, compliance posture, and liquidity management to support robust reconciliation and regulatory reporting at scale
Deploy autonomous, AI-driven capabilities into merchant-facing workflows—powering proactive insights, smarter support, and real-time transaction visibility
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, and commercial teams to ship transformative features from concept through global launch
What We're Looking For
10+ years of product leadership experience, ideally within payments, fintech, or complex distributed financial infrastructure
Proven track record designing and scaling mission-critical platforms that handle high-volume, high-stakes transaction flows
Deep understanding of payment systems, settlement mechanics, and the regulatory landscape governing money movement
Strong technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams building scalable, automated infrastructure
Strategic thinker who can translate ambiguous problems into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across product, engineering, and commercial functions
Bonus Points
Experience applying AI, machine learning, or autonomous agent frameworks to fintech or operational workflows
Familiarity with blockchain-based settlement systems, smart contracts, or decentralized finance (DeFi) architectures
Background working within global, multi-currency payment ecosystems and cross-border infrastructure
Exposure to building platforms that bridge traditional finance with emerging crypto and web3 rails
