Product Owner, Applications
About This Role
The mission is to evolve the dashboard from a primarily account-management experience into an all-in-one money management platform that businesses run their operations on daily. You'll set the vision, decide what gets prioritized, and own every application shown to customers, including AI and agentic payment experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
Owning the roadmap for Noah's customer-facing applications
Evolving the dashboard from simple account management into a platform covering balances, payments, treasury, automation, reporting and AI-driven workflows, deciding what gets built and in what order
Creating entirely new products end-to-end: identifying customer problems, shaping concepts from first principles, validating with customers, and driving them from idea to launch
Owning Noah's product strategy around AI inside Noah's applications, agent-initiated payment experiences, AI-powered workflows and money management, and emerging standards in agentic payments and programmable finance
Translating customer needs into clear product requirements and priorities
Leading product discovery and validation for new experiences
Partnering with Engineering and Design through delivery
Defining success metrics for every feature launched
Balancing speed with product quality in a fast-moving startup environment
Making product decisions backed by customer insight and commercial impact
What We're Looking For
Experience owning customer-facing applications in a startup or scale-up
Payments and/or crypto industry experience
Strong product thinking across UX, prioritization and delivery
Experience shipping products from zero-to-one as well as iterating on existing experiences
A track record of working closely with engineers and designers
Strong judgement around product trade-offs and customer experience
Comfort operating with ambiguity and creating clarity
