What You'll Be Doing
Architect and scale GPU-accelerated infrastructure supporting blockchain nodes, smart contracts processing, and DeFi-adjacent data pipelines
Lead a team of infrastructure engineers in building resilient, high-throughput compute environments across distributed ledger networks
Optimize hardware utilization and orchestration for compute-heavy workloads tied to crypto operations and digital asset management
Collaborate cross-functionally with blockchain developers, security teams, and product leads to align infrastructure with evolving web3 demands
Establish monitoring, automation, and disaster-recovery protocols for mission-critical GPU clusters
Drive technical decision-making on hardware procurement, capacity planning, and infrastructure roadmap
What We're Looking For
Proven experience leading infrastructure or DevOps teams in high-availability, large-scale environments
Deep expertise with GPU computing, hardware orchestration, and performance tuning at scale
Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, distributed systems, and the operational demands of decentralized networks
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code tooling
Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts across engineering and leadership teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed crypto organization
Bonus Points
Experience supporting blockchain node infrastructure or crypto exchange-grade systems
Familiarity with smart contract execution environments and their infrastructure requirements
Background in AI/ML infrastructure or high-performance computing clusters
