What You'll Be Doing
Manage daily finance operations, ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts tied to our decentralized token issuance processes
Support treasury and accounting teams with reporting on reserve assets backing our digital tokens
Coordinate cross-border payments and settlements, leveraging blockchain rails for faster, cost-efficient transactions
Maintain meticulous financial records in compliance with regulatory standards across multiple jurisdictions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including compliance, treasury, and engineering teams—to streamline finance workflows
Assist in audits and financial reporting cycles tied to our global crypto operations
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in finance operations, accounting, or a related discipline, ideally within fintech or crypto environments
Strong understanding of financial reconciliation, reporting, and controls
Familiarity with blockchain, digital assets, or DeFi concepts is highly valued
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Strong communication skills to collaborate across global, distributed teams
Proficiency with financial systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
