About This Role
The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a dynamic 3-6 month internship designed to immerse early-career talent in the realities of distributed ledger technology and decentralized finance. As an Operations participant, you'll work alongside industry leaders shaping the future of money, gaining practical exposure to the systems and processes that keep a global crypto ecosystem running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing
Support day-to-day operational workflows that keep Binance's Web3 products and services running efficiently
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams driving innovation in decentralized finance and smart contracts
Assist in streamlining processes that enhance platform security, transparency, and user trust
Contribute to projects that bridge traditional operations with emerging blockchain technologies
Analyze data and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Participate in networking events and mentorship opportunities to build your professional foundation in crypto
What We're Looking For
Currently enrolled in university or a recent graduate, eager to break into the blockchain and crypto space
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Genuine curiosity about distributed systems, DeFi, and the broader Web3 ecosystem
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across global, remote teams
Self-motivated with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-evolving industry
Basic understanding of blockchain concepts and crypto markets is a plus
Bonus Points
Prior exposure to smart contracts, decentralized applications, or crypto trading platforms
Familiarity with operational tools, data analysis, or process optimization methodologies
Active involvement in blockchain communities, hackathons, or Web3-related coursework

Requirements
Responsibilities - Support daily operations of Binance DEX, including on-chain trading and liquidity monitoring. - Research and analyze prediction market platforms (e.g., Polymarket) and on-chain trading trends. - Use AI tools (ChatGPT, automation, etc.) to improve operational efficiency and data analysis. - Track trading metrics, user feedback, and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support product launches. Requirements - Have hands-on prediction market / on-chain trading experience. - Familiar with AI applications to boost productivity. - Able to pick up new Web3 and DeFi concepts quickly. - Basic analytics skills (spreadsheets, dashboards). - Self-starter, organized, and detail-oriented. - Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. - Available 5 days/week for 3–6 months longer durance is a plus.
