About This Role
Join the Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) and get an insider's view of operations at the world's largest crypto exchange by trading volume. As a VIP Support intern based in Bangkok, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to deliver standout experiences for high-value users, while gaining practical knowledge of how a global web3 company runs its VIP operations. This 3-6 month program is designed to accelerate your career through real responsibility, mentorship, and networking opportunities within the blockchain space.
What You'll Be Doing
Support the planning and execution of VIP campaigns that enhance user engagement across the Binance ecosystem
Coordinate logistics for exclusive events, ensuring smooth delivery for top-tier crypto users
Manage VIP merchandising initiatives, from sourcing to distribution
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across operations, marketing, and customer support to deliver a cohesive VIP journey
Help maintain documentation and reporting on VIP program performance and user feedback
Contribute fresh ideas to improve the overall VIP experience within a rapidly evolving distributed ledger industry
What We're Looking For
Currently enrolled in university or a recent graduate, eager to launch a career in blockchain and crypto operations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English
A genuine interest in cryptocurrency, decentralized finance, and the broader web3 landscape
Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment typical of the crypto industry
Bonus Points
Prior experience in events coordination, customer service, or operations
Familiarity with Binance products or the broader crypto/DeFi ecosystem
Basic understanding of smart contracts, digital assets, or distributed systems
Experience working with CRM tools or VIP/loyalty programs

Requirements
What You'll Do: Support execution of VIP campaigns and user journey initiatives Coordinate with BINANCE TH internal teams Track campaign performance and assist with reports and dashboards Help plan and execute VIP events and engagement activities Manage merchandising operations Engage and manage relationships with our valued users Handle day-to-day operational CRM tools and administrative coordination What We're Looking For: Fresh graduate student in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks Proficient in data tools including spreadsheets Bilingual English/Thai is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying is a plus Familiarity with data visualization and pivot table analysis Comfortable working with data and AI tools to support reporting and operational efficiency
