About Binance Accelerator Program Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. Requirements
Responsibilities Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients) Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions and product feedback Requirements Sales experience (customer acquisition/ origination), having had a clear sales KPI Familiar with the use of a CRM tool Worked autonomously within a sales team. Experience in working with regional sales teams and in attending and hosting events to acquire new customers. Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks and etc Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be of an advantage Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
