You'll join a high-impact Data team sitting at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Business—building LLM-powered tools and analytical frameworks that shape how Fireblocks serves the crypto and digital asset industry. What You'll Be Doing
Architect and deploy LLM-driven systems that enhance product functionality and elevate customer experience across our distributed ledger platform
Benchmark and evaluate AI model performance through rigorous experimentation, quantifying real business impact on crypto and fintech operations
Refine prompt engineering strategies and deployment pipelines to keep pace with evolving generative AI capabilities
Accelerate delivery using AI-assisted development tools like Cursor and Claude Code to boost engineering velocity
Mine large-scale datasets for strategic insights, defining KPIs that guide product direction in the Web3 and digital asset space
Partner cross-functionally to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations
What We're Looking For
5+ years in AI/ML engineering or a hybrid analytics-and-AI capacity, ideally within fintech, crypto, or blockchain environments
Hands-on expertise with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation frameworks
Strong command of Python and SQL, with proven experience shipping production-grade AI applications
A sharp analytical mindset—comfortable defining metrics and presenting data-backed insights to diverse stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical AI concepts with business-facing audiences
Self-driven and collaborative, thriving in a global, fast-paced, distributed team
Bonus Points
Practical exposure to MCP, database agents, and semantic views/YAMLs—Snowflake as an agent-based platform is a strong plus
Familiarity with digital assets, decentralized finance (DeFi), or broader Web3 ecosystems
