About This Role
We're searching for an Analytics AI Engineer to join our global Data team, where LLM-powered systems meet large-scale analytics to shape the future of digital asset infrastructure. You'll work at the intersection of AI engineering and business strategy, partnering with Product, Engineering, and leadership to turn complex data into decisions that move the needle for crypto's most trusted custody and operations platform.
What You'll Be Doing
Architect and deploy LLM-driven systems that enhance product functionality and elevate the customer experience across our distributed ledger platform
Run rigorous experimentation and benchmarking to measure and maximize the business impact of AI initiatives
Continuously refine prompt engineering strategies and deployment pipelines, keeping pace with the fast-moving AI landscape
Harness AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to accelerate delivery and sharpen engineering velocity
Mine large, complex datasets to uncover strategic insights, define key performance indicators, and convert findings into concrete product and business recommendations
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Business to embed AI capabilities into core workflows
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a hybrid analytics-and-AI capacity
Proven analytical chops—comfortable defining KPIs and presenting data-backed recommendations to diverse stakeholders
Hands-on expertise with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation frameworks
Strong command of Python and SQL, with a track record of shipping production-grade AI applications
Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical AI concepts for both engineering and business audiences
A self-driven, collaborative mindset suited to working independently within a globally distributed team
Bonus Points
Practical experience with MCP, database agents, and semantic views/YAMLs—Snowflake as a database agent platform is a strong plus
Background or genuine curiosity in digital assets, crypto, DeFi, or the broader Web3 ecosystem
