About This Role
Binance is pioneering Agentic systems that merge AI reasoning with blockchain-native problem-solving, and we're searching for a curious, driven Product Manager Intern to help shape this frontier. You'll be embedded in a fast-paced crypto environment, contributing directly to how AI Agents evaluate, validate, and execute real-world web3 tasks. This role offers genuine ownership over product decisions that influence how millions of users interact with decentralized tools.
What You'll Be Doing
Collaborate with senior Product Managers to design and refine Agent capabilities tailored for web3 use cases
Support development of the Harness evaluation framework used to benchmark AI Agent performance against real crypto and DeFi scenarios
Drive end-to-end task validation, ensuring Agent outputs align with blockchain protocol standards and user expectations
Analyze product iterations and translate insights into actionable improvements for the Agent ecosystem
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, data, and design teams to accelerate feature delivery
Document findings, workflows, and best practices to strengthen the broader Agentic product framework
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated, with strong interest in AI, blockchain, or distributed systems
Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex technical concepts into clear product requirements
Familiarity with smart contracts, decentralized finance, or crypto trading concepts is a plus
Excellent communication skills to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams
Self-starter attitude with comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
Genuine passion for emerging technologies reshaping finance and digital ownership

Prior exposure to AI/ML product development or evaluation frameworks
Hands-on experience or coursework involving blockchain, DeFi protocols, or distributed ledger technology
Previous internship experience in product management or tech strategy roles

Requirements
Responsibilities Shadow and assist in designing Agent-related capabilities across Binance Agentic, including task flows, user interaction patterns, capability boundaries, failure fallbacks, and result feedback loops. Harness & Evaluation Help build and maintain the Harness framework — contribute to test scenario design, evaluation criteria, task set curation, performance analysis, and iteration recommendations. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with Tech Owners, frontend engineers, and Skill design leads to learn how business requirements are broken down into shippable, testable, production-ready product specs. Web3 Use Case Research Research and map high-value, deployable Agent use cases across Web3 Wallet, Account, Payment, Trading, and other Binance business lines. Industry Tracking Stay current on AI Agent, MCP, tool-calling, prompt engineering, and automated evaluation developments — and translate insights into product ideas for the team. Metrics & Quality Assist in defining and tracking Agent performance metrics, including task success rate, user satisfaction, error rate, response quality, and tool-calling accuracy. Continuous Improvement Help identify issues from real-world Agent usage and support improvements across product, engineering, and operations. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science Strong interest in AI products, Agent products, AIGC applications, automation tools, or developer tooling. Interest in or exposure to Web3, exchanges, wallets, payments, on-chain transactions, DeFi, or crypto assets. Basic understanding of how AI Agents work — tool-calling, task planning, context management, or evaluation frameworks (coursework, projects, or self-study all count). Strong ownership and learning agility; comfortable navigating ambiguity and picking things up quickly. Solid product fundamentals — able to write clear PRDs, flow diagrams, test cases, and acceptance criteria (even at a learning level). Excellent communication skills across engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders. Bonus Points Personal projects or coursework related to AI Agents, prompt engineering, or LLM applications. Experience with or exposure to exchanges, Web3 wallets, on-chain trading, payments, or fintech products. Familiarity with MCP, Function Calling, RAG, multi-Agent orchestration, or workflow automation. Knowledge of the Binance ecosystem or mainstream Web3 user scenarios. Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas stakeholders and effectively review and keep up with global AI and Web3 product and technical materials. Additional languages would be an advantage.
